Far too much choc pancakes.

makes 4

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 5 minutes


75 g plain flour

20 g cocoa powder

2 large eggs, beaten 250ml milk



For the sauce:


100g milk chocolate, broken into squares

25 g butter

2tbsp golden syrup


Oil for frying

Sprinkles

Fudge cubes

Icecream to serve


  1. Mix together the flour and cocoa powder. Beat in the eggs and milk.

  2. Place the chocolate, butter and syrup in a saucepan and heat gently.

  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and heat: Spoon the batter in the pan and swirl. Cook and flip. Serve with with the extras.
